| 摘 要： | 马克思重建个人所有制不是要恢复私有制。之所以要重建"个人"所有制,其根本目的在于恢复个人对自身自由劳动权利的占有与支配,而这只能在共同体即"联合起来的个体"中才能真正实现。因此,重建个人私有制的精神实质就是建立生产资料公有制并最终消灭所有制。

| Abstract: | Marx＇s reconstructing private ownership is not to recover the private owned system; the purpose of reconstructing private ownership is to recover the occupancy and control of the freedom rights to individual labors and this purpose could only be realized on the condition of common unity or united individuality. Therefore, the spiritual essence of reconstructing private ownership is to establish the public ownership and ultimately to exterminate the ownership. |
