| 摘 要： | 市场经济是法制经济，国家往往通过立法来协调人与人之间的关系，而《个人独资企业法》则更为鲜明地体现了国家对新生力量和弱势群体的保护。本试图通过对现代资本观、企业观和产品观的理论思考，来指出《个人独资企业法》对于那些经济实力不足而又要寻求生存和发展的意义和价值，并在此基础上指出不同类型的创业们各自相适应的行业范畴。

| Abstract: | Market economy is an economy under the supervision of legal system.The relations of people are adjusted by the state government through legislation. The Law of Personal Proprietors promulgated by the Peoples Republic of China is a typical law which shows how the state government protects the new born economic force and the weak competitors in the economic life. The author of this paper,having analysed the present economy in China in terms of capital market,business operation and product marketing,lays the advantages and proprietors in the above mentioned law,which the personal proprietors who have poor economic capacity but have strong desire to develop their business,can enjoy. The author has also listed some trades suited to different businessmen. |
