摘    要:企业竞争的关键在于人才的竞争,尤其是核心人才的竞争。中小民营企业的人才流失成为影响和制约企业快速成长的重要因素,民营企业家应该树立现代企业管理理念,建立合理的人才激励机制以留住核心人才。

Abstract:The key of the enterprises competition is the competition of talents,especially core talents.The brain drain of the medium and small-sized enterprises becomes bottleneck of its development,and the private entrepreneurs should establish a modern enterprises management concept and a rational incentive talent mechanism so as to retain core talents.
