| Abstract: | Library's scientific development outlook is an outlook of constant and coordinated development,of talented thought and resources strategy with characteristics and service innovation.The eternal subject of a library is to collect literature information,utilize and protect human cultural heritage.A library in the new period should gain its readers with good service and the development of literature resources and become one of the important parts of public reading and information undertaking. |
