| 摘 要： | 高职教育是高教新类,其专业设置的起点是文化体系的分类,具体到高职院校的应用,首先是院、系设置,因为它涉及分类问题。普通高教是知识文化体系,按学科分类,按学科不同层次设置院、系;高职教育是技术文化体系,只能按产业、行业和部门设置院、系。对社会产业、行业、部门和职业的分类有很多种,可供我们借鉴的有《国家职业分类标准(代码)》和《中华人民共和国职业分类大典》,虽然不能直接引用,但可以按它的行业大类作为高职教育的总分类,再依行业、部门实际,以及教学需要逐层分解下去,给高职教育院、系设置提供依据,也为高职教育专业设置提供理论支持。本文依据这一逻辑思路,研究出我国高职教育的行业大、中、小类分类目录,以及适用于高校院系设置的管理学理论。并试以黄冈职业技术学院为例,对该院的系、部设置,提出了一套调整方案。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education belongs to the new classification of the higher education.Its beginning of major establishment is the classification of cultural system.And concrete application in higher vocational school,firstly,is colleges and the departments establishment for it involves the classification.This establishment falls into different subjects in the general higher education,which is the system of knowledge and culture;different industry,profession and departments in higher vocational education,which is the system of technology and culture.The social industry,profession,the department and the occupation can be classified into many different types.Although it can not be applied directly,the National Occupation Classification Standard(code)" and "People's Republic of China Occupation Classification Grand Dictionary" can be the reference for the establishment in the higher vocational education by taking apart the occupation with the need of the profession,the department reality,as well as teaching.Rests on this logical classification,this article studies the sorts of the classified catalogue in higher vocational education of our country as well as the management science theory which is suitable for the establishment of colleges and departments,takes Huang Gang Polytechnic as an example and provides some references for a set of adjustment plan to supply for this establishment. |
