| 摘 要： | 以KANO理论为基础，应用SERVQUAL模型评价高校体育教学质量。把学生对体育教学质量评价进行归类，运用满意度系数的质量指标公式，计算增加满意系数和降低不满意系数，得出结果并进行分析，提出相应的改进措施，对提高高校体育教学质量具有一定的意义。

| Abstract: | According to KANO theory,SERVQUAL model is used to evaluate the quality of Physical Education.Students evaluation of PE teaching is classified using indicators of satisfaction with the quality factor formula to calculate the coefficient of increased satisfaction and reduced dissatisfaction coefficient. By analyzing the results, some treasures are proposed for iraprovement. |
