| Abstract: | In the reform of the financial system, college financial management personnel is faced with more difficulties and challenges. Under such circumstances, the construction of their ideological quality is of vital importance. Therefore it is necessary to improve their comprehensive qualities in the aspects of the consciousness of overall situation, the political consciousness, discipline consciousness, legal consciousness, etc. Only in this way, can we adapt to the reform and development of colleges. |
