| Abstract: | Buddhist doctrines,which include a lot of fresh thinking and feasible philosophy,have great referential significance to modern business management,such as The Three Universal Truths are: All phenomena are impermanent;All dharma are non-self;The eternity is Nivana and stillness,etc.So the thought of Buddhism can be applied to the management in the modern enterprise.Besides,other theory,such as the core philosophy of Six harmonies,would also be a very good inspiration to the modern enterprise. |
