| 摘 要： | 受全球金融危机的影响,我国高校毕业生就业难问题日益凸现,其中高职院校女大学生就业难问题则更加严重,沧州的三所高校面临同样的困难。如何有效地解决女生就业难已成为高校毕业生就业问题的重中之重。从沧州高职院校女生就业困境的成因入手,探求破解女生就业困境的可行对策。

| Abstract: | In the worldwide financial crisis,the employment problem of college and university graduates in our country is becoming increasingly severe,among which the problem of female students seems even more serious.The same is true of the three colleges in Cangzhou city.Some feasible strategies are offered after analyzing the causes for the employment problems of the female students at the three colleges. |
