摘    要:企业的竞争说到底是文化的竞争。文化是企业发展的无形力量;企业文化是企业的精、气、神,是企业生存和发展的关键,也是企业的宝贵财富。企业文化建设必须正确把握企业文化人本建设方向,坚持以人为本,打造人本文化。文化创新是企业文化的活力之源。要处理好企业文化建设中的各种关系,注重企业文化个性化的打造与创新,使企业文化更具活力与生命力。

Abstract:The competition of enterprises is, essentially, the competition of cultures. Culture is the invisible force for the development of an enterprise; enterprise culture is the spirit (Jing, Qi, Shen) of the enterprise, the key point of the survival and development of the enterprise, as well as the treasures of it. The construction of enterprise culture is supposed to keep the correct direction of human construction of enterprise culture, adhering to the idea of "put people first", making efforts to construct human culture. Cultural innovation is the energy basement of enterprise culture. It is expected to deal with various relations in the construction of enterprise culture, put emphasis on the making and innovation of the personality of enterprise culture, so that it can be more energetic and living.
