摘    要:当前:中国教育领域的中小学择校已经成为比较突出的问题,社会广泛关注,学者也多有探讨,通过对中小学择校问题的产生、分析维度、利弊等方面的梳理和思考,以“教育基本权利平等与非基本权利比例平等”的原则为理论支撑,认为问题的解决应以薄弱中小学的发展和改革为重点,辅以国家教育经费的支持和教育立法的完备,使学校之间能够相对均衡地发展,并在此基础上实现学校之间的多元特色,同时加强对不良择校现象的监管力度,从而促进国家教育事业的良性发展。

Abstract:At present, in the field of China's education, the selection of primary and secondary schools has become a prominent issue, which is widely paid attention to and often discussed by scholars. The paper analyzes the causes of this problem, its dimensions, pros and cons of selection of primary and secondary schools, in the theoretical aspect of the "equality of fundamental right of education and proportional equality of non-fundamental right of education", argues that the settlement of the problem should put emphasis on promoting the development and reform of weak primary and secondary schools, supporting them by the national education finance and sound educational law so as to have schools develop relatively equally and then encourage them have their specials, while strengthen the supervision over selection of primary and secondary schools, to enhance the national education's going on a track of sound progress.
