| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展,旅游方式由传统的走马观花式旅游、体验式旅游转移到休闲旅游,旅游市场日新月异。秦皇岛以＂生态型滨海旅游立市＂为发展战略,基于SWOT工具分析了秦皇岛的休闲旅游现状,进而提出发展秦皇岛休闲旅游业策略：加大宣传力度,树立品牌意识,突出特色,形成产业化经营;促进环京津冀都市圈休闲旅游发展,优化基础设施旅游环境;引导和改善国民休闲的观念;提高营销水平,做好休闲旅游的经营管理工作,从而实现秦皇岛在京津冀协同发展进程中快速崛起。

| Abstract: | With the development of society and economy,tourism has shifted from the traditional ways of fly-style travel,experiential travel to leisure travel,and tourism market is changing with each passing day.Qinhuangdao can regard＂eco-coastal tourism city＂as its development strategy.Based on SWOT and in order to achieve the rapid rise of Qinhuangdao in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development process,the paper analyzes the current situation of Qinhuangdao＇s leisure travel,and then puts forward some suggestions：increasing publicity,establishing brand awareness,highlighting features,and developing industrialized operation;optimizing the infrastructure of tourist environment;leading and improving the ideas of people＇s leisure and relaxation;enhancing marketing levels and advancing the quality of operating management of leisure tourism. |
