| 摘 要： | 新建院校在转型时期,档案工作在规范建设中会遇到不少问题,如档案意识薄弱;管理制度不健全;库藏结构不合理;档案管理信息化设施欠缺;管理队伍素质偏低等。可以通过以下对策来解决:进行多种形式的档案宣传活动;理顺管理体制,建立健全档案管理制度;构建档案资源体系,优化馆藏结构;加强档案现代化管理,加快数字化建设进程;提高档案管理队伍整体素质。

| Abstract: | In transition,new universities are faced with many issues in standardizing the archives construction,such as weak awareness of the archives,imperfection of management system,unreasonable structure of storehouse,deficiency of the archive informatization facilities,low quality of management team,etc.Some suggestions are put forward,including carrying out various activities of archive propaganda,improving the management structure,establishing and perfecting the management system,building the resource system,optimizing the collection structure,strengthening the modernization of the archives management,speeding up the process of digital construction and enhancing the overall quality of management team. |
