摘    要:图书馆作为社会不可缺少的组成部分,就是要把实现社会主义和谐社会基本特征作为构建图书馆人文环境的奋斗目标,坚持以人为本,提倡人文关怀和人性化服务,为图书馆的发展指引正确的方向和思路。文章从更新服务理念、构建人文环境等方面论述了在图书馆工作中实施“以人为本”理念的途径。

Abstract:As a component of the society,library plays an important role in building the socialist harmonious society.People orientedness,human concern and humanized service are the right direction of the library development.This paper discusses how to carry out the concept of people orientedness from the angles of renewing the idea of service and constructing the human environment.
