| 摘 要： | 旅行社普遍存在着业务流程运作相对混乱、运作效率不高、业务流程操作成本较高等问题，需要对当前阶段旅行社业务流程运作状况进行研究，结果表明：企业组织结构、人力资本缺乏、旅行社发展阶段性特征以及旅行社信息化发展水平是影响旅行社流程效率提高的主要因素。

| Abstract: | At present,there exist disordered business process,inefficient operation,and high operating cost,etc.in travel agencies.This current situation is studied with the results that the major factors which affect the process efficiency include business organization,lack of human capital,periodical characteristics of development,and the developmental level of informatization. |
