| 摘 要： | 职业素质是从业者必须具备的基本品质,是由政治素质、职业道德素质、科学文化素质、专业技能素质和身体心理素质构成。社会发展对劳动者的职业素质提出了新要求,努力提高自身素质对社会和个人发展都有十分重要的作用。为了提高学生择业就业的竞争能力,将来能够更好的立业创业,高职学校必须注意采用多种方法和途径培养学生的职业素质。

| Abstract: | Vocational quality, the basic quality which the employees must have, is made up of qualities of politics, professional ethics, science and culture, special skills and physical psychology. The social development gives some new requirements to the labourers' vocational quality, so making efforts to improve one's qualities plays a very important role in the social and individual development. In order to improve the students' competitive abilities of choosing jobs and obtaining employment, and to start and establish careers better, the higher vocational colleges should take various measures and approaches to cultivate the students' vocational qualities. |
