幼儿园插班生融入新环境的个案研究

摘    要:我们往往容易忽视插班孩子的情感体验,当面对全新的陌生环境时,插班孩子会缺乏安全感,表现出一定的适应障碍,长期下去,会诱发孩子一些心理问题的产生。作为一线教师,有责任关注弱势幼儿,提供可行性策略,帮助插班幼儿更快融入新的环境和生活。

Abstract:A transferred child's emotional experience is easily neglected in a new kindergarten. Facing a totally strange environment, the transferred child may feel unsafe and have diffficult in adapting, which probably leads to certain mental problems. It's teachers' duty to take care of this kind of children, provide practical measures to help them to stay in the kindergarten healthily.
