| 摘 要： | 加强校长队伍建设,努力提升校长队伍整体素质,是当前校长培训工作的重中之重。在"十一五"校长培训中,慈溪市教育局尝试了一些新的培训模式,坚持"四个结合"开展校长培训,即岗前培训与提高培训相结合,理论培训与实践培训相结合,提高培训与骨干培训相结合,业务培训与廉政培训相结合,取得了较好的成效。
