| 摘 要： | 通过基于权力结构视角下对我国大学管理体制改革缓慢的原因、管理体制中二元权力结构存在的合理性分析,探讨我国大学行政化管理体制中存在的问题以及现行的行政化管理体制的改革措施,希望能对我国大学管理体制改革有所借鉴。
