摘    要:由于诸多因素的影响,新现代大学生仍存在着学习动力不足问题。通过问卷与访谈调查,揭示了新时代大学生在学习态度、学习方式、学习动机、学习品质以及影响其学习因素等五个维度上的表现。结果显示,多数学生不注重课堂听讲,对考试期望不高,缺少学术精神。多数学生倾向于自主学习,把课余时间一般用于专业学习之外,在学习动机上功利性较强,影响因素多元。在此基础上提出了构建大学生有效学习动力机制系统的建议。

Abstract:Due to the influence of many factors, college students still have problems with learning motivation. Through questionnaires and interviews, this paper reveals the performance of college students in the five dimensions of learning attitude, learning style, learning motivation, learning quality and factors affects learning. On this basis, it puts forward suggestions that constructing the effective learning mechanism for college students.
