基于人本主义教育学的高校快乐型教学探索

摘    要:现代人本主义教育学对高校快乐型教学具有重要指导作用。快乐型教学是一项系统工程,包括"快乐型教"和"快乐型学"。"快乐型教"是教师开展快乐型教学所需的基本素养,"快乐型学"则可以具体细化为教师实践快乐型教学的安排和措施。以学生为中心的教育模式并非放任放纵学生。快乐型教学仍需要教师对学生正确引导,即"学生为主体,教师为主导"。

Abstract:Modern humanistic education has an important role in guiding college "happy teaching". Happy teaching is a systematic engineering which includes "happy teaching" and "happy learning". "Happy teaching" is fundamental qualities for teachers, while "happy study" refers to measures taken by teachers. Student-oriented education does not mean indulging students. In fact "happy learning" still needs teachers' guidance.
