| 摘 要： | 现代人本主义教育学对高校快乐型教学具有重要指导作用。快乐型教学是一项系统工程,包括"快乐型教"和"快乐型学"。"快乐型教"是教师开展快乐型教学所需的基本素养,"快乐型学"则可以具体细化为教师实践快乐型教学的安排和措施。以学生为中心的教育模式并非放任放纵学生。快乐型教学仍需要教师对学生正确引导,即"学生为主体,教师为主导"。

| Abstract: | Modern humanistic education has an important role in guiding college ＂happy teaching＂. Happy teaching is a systematic engineering which includes ＂happy teaching＂ and ＂happy learning＂. ＂Happy teaching＂ is fundamental qualities for teachers, while ＂happy study＂ refers to measures taken by teachers. Student-oriented education does not mean indulging students. In fact ＂happy learning＂ still needs teachers＇ guidance. |
