| Abstract: | In a primary and secondary school teacher training,we should scientifically recognize the limitation of teacher subject and its impact on the training.Based on the recognition of the limitation,the improvement of the effectiveness of teacher training should exert wisdom and efforts to reduce the negative impact,seize the core key to exert the positive effect,and create a good policy environment to enhance the learning enthusiasm of trainees. |
