| Abstract: | The development of harmonious society needs the development of university students＇ harmonious personality. How to develop university students＇ harmonious personality？ The author believes that university counselors should take on the consultant role. The author explores the role in psychological counseling of the university counselors from practical significance, feasible and the role mold in order to help the development of students＇ harmonious personality as well as counselors＇ professional development. |
