| 摘 要： | 教师激励是学校管理中一个很重要的环节。教师激励的方法要力求做到:物质激励和精神激励同步跟进,情感激励和制度激励相辅相成,正激励和负激励适时适度,个体激励和群体激励不可偏废。这样才能充分调动教师的工作积极性,达到管理效能的最优化。
