摘    要:围绕如何提高高校数学课程教学质量问题,从四个方面展开讨论:改善教学的外部环境、改善课程教学的内部管理机制、开展教学研究及重视对教学对象的研究。提出了课程首席教师制与课程主讲教师制等几点对策与思考。

Abstract:The paper discuses the problem of how to improve the teaching quality of university mathematics courses in four aspects: the improvement of exterior condition;the improvement of course management;teaching research and students' research.It puts forward some countermeasures such as the senior course instructor system and the chief course instructor system.
