| 摘 要： | 本文认为 ,培养高素质的人才 ,应从家庭早期教育开始。如果每一位家长都成为孩子成长中的良师益友 ,在日常生活中积极采取措施 ,掌握科学方法 ,开发幼儿智力 ,训练儿童能力 ,这无疑是尽快地、尽可能多地培养高素质人才的捷径。

| Abstract: | Science and technology is the first productive force. A large number of high-qualified persons are needed in order to develop science and technology. The family early education should go first in order to train high-qualified persons. If every patriarch can be a good teacher and a helpful friend during their children's growing-up, and if they can take some measurements and learn some scientific methods in their daily life to develop the children's intelligences and train their capacities, it will undoubtedly be a shortcut to train high-qualified persons as many as possible, and as fast as possible. |
