| 摘 要： | 市场经济条件下培养中小学校长的教育经营能力是学校发展的迫切需要。校长教育经营能力由学校发展战略的思考和规划能力、教育教学的管理和质量监控能力、学校人力资源、资产资源和品牌资源的整合与优化配置能力等要素构成。基于胜任特征的、以校长教育经营能力为导向的培训模式具有以下几个特点:以胜任特征模型为基础,以培训需求分析为依据;以能力课程为主要内容,以培训实效为导向,以体验式学习为重要方法。

| Abstract: | It is an urgent need to train primary and middle school headmasters under the new economic conditions.Headmasters' competence in education management is composed of the ability of strategic thinking and planning for school development,ability of teaching management and supervision,and the comprehensive ability of personnel,asset,resources and brand management.The training mode has the following characteristics.It is based on competence and quality;and the main contents are ability courses guided by training efficiency and with experiencing learning as the essential method. |
