| 摘 要： | 经营环境的变化是企业经营绩效评价体系发生变革的重要原因。随着循环经济发展模式的导入,企业的战略经营目标不再仅仅局限于企业经济绩效,生态环境绩效和社会绩效等方面正在成为企业经营绩效评价体系中的重要组成部分。据此,本文从企业经济绩效、生态环境绩效和社会绩效等三个方面建立了循环经济发展水平评价的指标体系,采用层次分析法赋予指标权重,并应用模糊数学方法构建评价模型,对循环经济的发展状况进行整体评价,并以重庆市的企业经营绩效为例进行了实证研究。

| Abstract: | Under the circlar economic development strategy, the enterprise operating performance evaluation elements has been changed. Consequently, the enterprise operating performance evaluating indicators will include more contents not just economic performance but also environmental performance and social performance. In that case,by introducing the above aspects, this article establishes the operating performance evaluating index. And then, this article expatiates the applying method of green operating performance evaluation model based on fuzzy mathematical evaluation. Finally, by doing empirical study on a special case-Chongqing, the science and feasibility of green operating performance evolution system has been improved effectively. |
