| 摘 要： | 韩非的治道思想包含了对"明主之道"的系统论述。在韩非看来,"明主之道"要求一方面掌握治国的思想原则,另一方面掌握治国的制度措施。"明主之道"的治国思想原则是坚持法、术、势相结合的法治。"明主之道"的治国制度措施是熟练把握法、术、势的性质,掌握使用法、术、势的具体原则,使法制与引导紧密配合。
