| 摘 要： | 生化技术实验教学在培养生物工程专业学生实践操作能力的过程中起着至关重要的作用.针对生化技术实验教学普遍存在的问题,在教学过程中进行了改革探索,包括改革和完善"验证性"实验,增加综合性、开放性实验及改进实验考核方式等,取得了良好效果,增强了学生参与实验的积极性,提高了实验技能和科研素质.

| Abstract: | Practicing operation ability in biochemistry technology experiment teaching in bio-engineering major plays a very important role.According to the questions of biochemistry technology teaching,it makes reform exploration in the teaching,including：the reform and the consummation of replication experiment,increasing the comprehensive and opening experiments,improving the ways of experimental methods and so on.It has obtained the good results such as strengthening the students＇ enthusiasm to participate in experiment,and enhancing students＇ experiment skills and scientific research quality. |
