| 摘 要： | 政治宣誓制度是一个历史的范畴,它的发展体现了人类对民主制度的确认。中国建立政治宣誓制度的时机已经成熟,应以十六大精神为指针,建立与完善政治宣誓制度,发展社会主义民主政治,积极稳妥地推进政治文明建设,努力实践"三个代表"的重要思想。
