| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的发展,企业在注重经济利益的同时也越来越重视社会责任,良好的社会责任有利于稳固企业的外在基础,提升企业自身的价值和形象。在当前经济形势下,我国的房地产企业不断发展壮大,其社会责任备受社会关注。本文从我国房地产企业社会责任的落实、承担方法和评估经验出发,探讨企业的社会责任在社会建设中的重要意义。

| Abstract: | As the development of market economy, enterprises not only emphasize the financial benefits, but also attach more importance to social responsibility. The good social responsibility can consolidate the external founda- tion for enterprises, which enhances the company ＇s value and improve its image. In current economic circum- stances, the real estate enterprises in China develop rapidly, which brings both advantages and disadvantages. Its social responsibility arouses general social concern. Based on the analysis of the implementation of social responsi- bility, the undertaking methods and assessment experience, the thesis aims at exploring the significance of corpo- rate social responsibility in the social construction. |
