基于Moldflow分析的薄壳件注塑模具设计

摘    要:基于模流分析软件Moldflow,以某移动空调上的空气过滤器薄壳注塑件为例,对塑件的浇口位置、充填时间、冷却系统等模块进行模拟分析,准确地计算出了最佳的浇口位置、数量以及最优的冷却管道位置.根据模拟分析结果有针对性的设计模具结构,能有效降低产品的开发周期、减少企业成本,将进、出口水温差控制在0.36℃,满足冷却系统要求,可为模具优化设计提供参考.

Abstract:This article is based on the mold flow analysis software--Moldflow. With the example of a mobile air conditioning air filter shell injection molded part, the location of the gate, filling time, cooling systems of the plastic parts have been analyzed. The best location and quantity of the pouring port and the best location of the cooling duct have been calculated accurately. Designing mold structure based on the results can effectively reduce the prod- uct development cycle and reduce the cost of doing business, and optimal design for the mold is analyzed to provide a reference.
