茉莉酸甲酯对花生种子萌发的抑制

摘    要:苿莉酸甲脂(Methyl Jasmonate)是近年来发现的一种新型植物生长调节物质,具有重要的生理作用。能否用其取代ABA是人们目前关心的问题。本试验采用不同溶剂溶解苿莉酸甲酯和配制苿莉酸甲酯系列浓度,来探讨苿莉酸甲酯对花生种子萌发的影响,并测定内肽酶活性及贮藏蛋白降解。实验结果表明,苿莉酸甲酯抑制花生种子萌发,抑制程度与浓度和溶剂有关,高浓度苿莉酸甲脂抑制内肽酶活性和贮藏蛋白降解。

Abstract:Methyl Jasmonate is a mew type adjustable material of plantgrowing recently found and has important physi dogical activities. Whether or not it can supplant ABA is a problem that people concern at present. This experiment makes up a series of solubility of Methyl Jasmonate by using different solvent to dissolve Methyl Jasmonate, discusses effects of MJ on peanut seed germination measures activation of endopeptidase and storage protein decomposition. The results suggest that Methyl Jasmonate can ihibit peanut seed germination, the inhibition degree has relation with Solubility and Solvent, high con centrations of Methyl Jasmanate inhibit endopeptidase and storage protein decomposition.
