| 摘 要： | 高校学生体质持续下降,特别是耐力素质明显下降,已引起社会和学校的关注。试对本院开展《学生体质健康标准》中部分学生的台阶试验与耐力跑测试的数据,通过《学生体质健康标准》与《国家体育锻炼标准》的评价对比,探讨大学生耐力素质。提出在实施《学生体质健康标准》的同时,加强耐力素质的测试与监控,切实提高大学生的耐力素质。

| Abstract: | The physical quality of university students is desending,especially the endurance competence, which has caused the concerning of the society and college.This article uses a part of our students' test score of the step experiments and the endurance running according to Student Physical Quality and Health Standard,compares with the evaluation standard Student Physical Quality and Health Standard and Nation- al Physical Training Standard,probes into some problems in the endurance competence of the college students,and put forward a proposal to carry out Student Physical Quality and Health Standard in the mean- time,in combination with the test and supervision of the endurance competence,so as to the endurance com- petence of the university students. |
