| 摘 要： | 客家熟语是流传在客家地区的一种文化载体,是客家人集体智慧和普遍经验的总结。以"寻食"为主的客家先民,创造了大量与"食"有关的熟语,这些饮食类熟语不仅直观地再现了客家浓郁的山地饮食特色,还体现着客家人对"食"的理解,折射出客家人独特的饮食习俗和饮食人生,蕴含着丰富的心理和文化内涵。

| Abstract: | Hakka idioms are the cultural carrier in Hakka area,which have a summary of the Hakka people＇s collective wisdom and common experience. During the period of ＂seeking food＂,Hakka ancestor created a lot of diet idioms,which have not only reproduced the Rich Mountain cuisine of Hakka,but also promoted the Hakka people＇s understanding of diet. The diet custom and the attitude to life in diet,contain rich psychological and cultural connotation. |
