摘    要:研究目的是建立车门铰链机构虚拟样机模型并进行运动仿真分析.根据多体系统动力学原理和方法,在UG和ADAMS软件平台上建立了车门铰链机构虚拟样机模型,进行车门开启运动仿真,得到复合铰链的运动参数.分析的结果精度高,成本低,为机构设计和分析奠定基础.

Abstract:The aim of the research is to set up virtual prototype model of vehicle hinge mechanism and simulation analysis of kinetics.Theory and method of multi-body dynamics are practiced in the model and simulation.The model is set up on the software platform UG and ADAMS.This kinetic parameters of door opening can be gained.The results of analysis are precise and the calculation costs are low.The research provides a basic method for mechanism analysis and design.
