| 摘 要： | 中国特色社会主义理论体系是在改革开放伟大历史实践中逐步形成和丰富发展的。改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的实践发展将进一步推动中国特色社会主义理论体系的丰富和发展。坚持中国特色社会主义，就必须坚持改革开放不动摇；坚持改革开放，就必须始终高举中国特色社会主义理论的伟大旗帜。

| Abstract: | The theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics has gradually been formed and developed in the historic practice of reform and opening. Reform and Opening and the development of the socialist modernization will further promote the enrichment and perfection of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Persisting in the socialism with Chinese characteristics will have to insist on Steady reform and opening while insisting on reform and opening will have to hold high the banner of socialist theory with Chinese characteristics all along. |
