| Abstract: | The first group of national modeling higher vocational schools have made a great achievement in their construction.Urumqi Vocational University(UVU) was granted in 2011 to be one of the national backbone higher vocational colleges which would be established within three years.Therefore,it is of great significance for UVU to resort to the successful constructing experience of former modeling schools to establish its backbone school. |
