| 摘 要： | 本研究基于心理学的研究视角，探讨自发性群众体育组织形成的内部动机、纽带、特征和障碍。认为大众体育需求的增长与目的取向的多元化是组织形成的内部动因；希图通过有组织的体育健身形式获取大于健身目的的“回报”是组织形成的直接动机；共同的体育态度与价值观是组织形成的心理纽带；活动、交往、感情是组织形成必备的心理要素；从众心理是组织形成的心理特征。进而指出个性、认同和个体间交往所采取的价值观等心理因素在一定程度上阻碍自发性群众体育组织的形成。

| Abstract: | This research, from the angle of psychology, discusses the internal motive, the link, the characteristic and the barrier which the spontaneous sports organizations form with. It is thought that the internal motive is growth of the populace sports; the direct motive is ＂the repayment＂ gained by the organized sports healthy body; the psychological link is the common sports manner and the values; the necessary psychological essential factor is the organization＇ s activity, the contact, the sentiment; the psychological characteristic is the mass-following psychology. The paper also points out that the psychological factors of individuality, the identification and the individual contact hinder in a certain degree the forming of the spontaneous sports organizations. |
