| 摘 要： | 基础教育课程改革师资培训是新时期教师培训工作的新发展,对于保障新一轮基础教育课程改革的健康顺利进行起着至关重要的作用。文章通过对我院开展新课程师资培训工作主要做法、已取得的经验及所面临困难和存在问题的阐述,力图探讨新形势下师资培训工作的新思路、新方法。

| Abstract: | Teacher-training for curriculum reform of elementary education is our new task,which plays very important role to guarantee the healthy development of the new round of curriculum reform of elementary education. What we tried to expound in this paper bears on a probe into new model for teacher-training programs for the new requirements of the community. Some difficulties and existing issues we encountered,and main achievements we made during the teacher-training programs of the curriculum reform have also been summed up and analyzed. |
