| 摘 要： | 城市正义是保证城市主体之间空间权利的平等，满足不同主体之间空间权益的基本需求。城市正义的空间性和差异性决定了城市正义必须保证一种差异的状态。城市的差异性特质为城市的发展带来机遇，促进了城市的繁荣；同时也带来了困境与挑战。城市治理过程中我们要尊重城市差异、规范城市差异并推动城市差异的合理流动。

| Abstract: | The city justice is to guarantee the city main organs space right equality, to meet the basic need of the space right of the different subjects. The space of the city justice decides the city justice that should keep the different gaps .The nature of the urban difference brings the opportunities for a city development. Thus it promotes the city prosperous. At the same time it would bring some plights and challenges. In the course of managing a city we must respect the differentiation and urge the differentiation to move forward reasonably. |
