| Abstract: | Chinese gardens have been maintaining close links with the Taoism ideology.The Taoist ideology has produced profound and lasting influences in the emergence of the natural gardens of mountains and waters and the gardens for which the ancient man of letters painting freehand brushwork.The Taoism ideology penetrated a step further into various gardens and at last the dominant ideology of Chinese gardes＇ design came into being progressly. |
