| 摘 要： | 领导能力与执政能力,是两个既有联系又有区别的范畴。中国共产党是执政党,同时又是中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心。党的执政效率和执政地位不仅受党对政权领导能力的影响;而且受党对经济、政治、文化和其他社会事务领导能力的影响。加强党的建设,方能有效提高党的领导能力和执政能力。

| Abstract: | The leadership ability and the ruling one are the two categories of the relation and the difference.The Communist Party of China is an incumbent party,and simultaneously is also core of leadership of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It undertakes more arduous duty than an ordinary national incumbent party.Not only can the Party affect to the political power leadership party's ruling efficiency and the ruling status,but also the Party exercises the economical,political,cultural and other social affairs leaderships can affect party's ruling efficiency and the ruling status.Strengthening the construction of the Party is to enhance leading and ruling ability of the Party effectively. |
