| 摘 要： | 施工承包合同管理是关系施工企业经济效益乃至全局成败的重要工作。目前,我国部分施工企业法律意识淡泊,随意签订或变更合同,甚至受利益驱使随意签订分包合同;在合同管理上责任不清,流程不合理。为此,应提高管理人员素质,特别是其法律意识,重组合同管理工作流程,明确人员职责,及时组织检查,并加大奖惩力度。

| Abstract: | The management of the construction contract is the important job with the economic effect even concerning the success or failure of a certain construction contractor.And now the weak legal consciousness of some construction contractors who alter construction contracts at will even to let some construction jobs to the sub-contractors for their own interests so that produced irresponsible conditions in management of contract and unresonable circulation.It is,therefore,that necessary to enhance the managing persons quality and their legal consciousness in particular,to reform the working circulation and to stress the degree of award and punishment. |
