| 摘 要： | 我国为了处置四大金融资产管理公司的不良资产,分别对口成立了四家金融资产管理公司。资产管理公司的不良资产如何定价,是处置好不良资产的一个关键问题。对不良资产常用的几种处置方式进行分析研究,能得到不同处置方式所适合的不同评估方法。

| Abstract: | In order to handle the non-performing asset of four major financial property management companies,our country established four financial property management companies geared to the needs of the job separetly.How the non-performing assets of the financial property management company fixes the price,it is a key problem of handling well non-performing assets.This text analyses and researches several kind of daily ways of handling of non-performing assets,and then get different assessment methods suitable to handle way. |
