| 摘 要： | 社会建设落实到基层就是社区建设。我们通过对益阳市资阳区社区建设的现状调查发现,我国小城市的社区建设还处于起步阶段,面临许多困难与问题。要促进其发展,必须在充分发挥其共同体意识比较容易建立、可与城市发展同步规划等优势的基础上,加大政府的扶持力度,围绕如何实现居民参与组织化、社区自治制度化、居民利益社区化来进行。

| Abstract: | The social community construction is the foundation of social construction.Through the investigation into the current situation of the community construction in Ziyang District,Yiyang City,we came to the conclusion that the community construction of small cities is still at the starting phase in China and it is faced with many problems.To promote its development,it is easier to build in the full play of their community consciousness based on the urban development planning and other advantages of synchronization.It strengthens the government’s support and focusing on how to realize the residents participation in organization,community autonomy institutionalization,residents in changing interest. |
