| 摘 要： | 借鉴美国学术界关于现代工商业制度形成的理论和研究成果,采用历史学、经济学等多学科相结合的研究方法,对美国现代工商业制度的形成及其影响因素进行分析和阐述。美国现代工商业制度的兴起首先得益于美国当时悄然推进的交通、通讯和科技革命,这是前提条件。在此基础上,美国企业家主动出击,在企业内部进行纵向一体化和横向联合。到19世纪末期20世纪初期,这种企业合并运动达到高潮。正是在这种合并运动中,一种新的公司体制———现代工商企业制度形成。它们为美国现代带来了先进的管理和经营理念,推动美国经济迅速发展。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the economy of the United States and technological inventions and application in the late 19th century,mass production and mass distribution began to combine in the new enterprises which adopted new technology and the traditional industrial departments.In order to manage and harmonize with production and distribution and to decrease vicious competition in the same industry,multi-departments of many forms started vertical integration and horizontal combination.It was at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of 20th century that enterprise combination reached its heyday.In the tide of this combination movement,modern enterprise system came into being and brought advanced management conceptions to the U.S.society,thus promoting its economy to develop rapidly and effectually. |
