| 摘 要： | 农村医疗保障是我国现阶段社会保障的一个重点和难点问题。要加强农村医疗保障,必须采取以下措施:建立新型合作医疗制度,健全医疗救助制度,把增加农民收入与设计合理的医疗卫生机制相结合。只有这样,才能建立有中国特色的农村医疗保障制度。

| Abstract: | At present,rural medical security is a difficult problem in our country's society security.In my view, to enhance the rural medical security, we must do as below: to establish the new cooperation medical system; to improve the medical aidng level; to combine the increment of fanner's income together with reasonable medical security system, which is the basic way to establish the rural medical security system. |
