| 摘 要： | 与传统教学法相比,案例教学法在劳动法教学中的作用十分显著,它在激发学生学习兴趣,促进师生间的交流以及增强学生分析问题的能力,锻炼学生口头表达能力、文字写作能力方面具有非常明显的优势。因此,劳动法课堂教学中需要大力推广案例教学法,使学生充分掌握劳动法原理,更好地解决实际生活中遇到的劳动纠纷问题。

| Abstract: | Compared with traditional teaching methods,case teaching method plays a very significant role in the teaching of labor law.it has quite clear advantages in stimulating students' interest in learning,promoting exchanges between teachers and students and enhancing students' verbal skills,writing abilities and abilities to analyze issues.Therefore,the case teaching method should be spreaded in the labor law teaching,so that students can fully grasp the principles of labor law and better solve some labor disputes encountered in our real life. |
